Vermecilli biryani with soya balls

1 cup crushed vermicelli
1/2 cup soaked soya chunks
1/4 cup roasted chickpea flour
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper corn
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp dry nuts
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp whole spice
Pinch of cinnamon powder
Pinch of ginger powder
2 tbsp spoon oil
Saffron threads soaked in coconut milk
Salt according to taste

Method  Method

Make a paste with soaked soya, cumin seeds, black corn, and pumpkin seeds.

Now take a mixing bowl to add soya paste, chickpea flour, ginger powder, cinnamon powder. Mix all together and make a dough. Divide into equal parts.

Make small size balls and give a steam bath. Then shallow fry, garnish with silver leaves and keep aside.

Now shallow fry all the dry fruits and keep aside. Shallow fry the vermicelli.

Soak saffron threads in coconut milk.

Now make a masala paste with cumin powder, homemade garam masala, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, salt, and 2 tbsp water.

Heat oil adds whole spice, pour the masala paste then add roasted vermicelli and shallow fried dry nuts.

Mix gently then add soaked saffron milk. Then serve in a platter and garnish with soya balls.

I used pumpkin seeds and saffron which I received from @puremart. Pumpkin seeds are original in color and as good as soft. I use to bring yellow pumpkin from the market, then I separate the seeds. Both seeds have a lot of difference in taste. Saffron also very good in flavor with few threads. Thanks to Puremart I am enjoying the excellent products.
