  • Send us an Email: Complying with Google Play's compliance guidelines, you can request the deletion of your PureMart account by sending an email to

    Your registered email or phone number associated with your PureMart account.
  • Processing Time: Upon receiving your email, our dedicated support team will initiate the account deletion process. Please allow us up to 7 working days to complete the deletion process.
  • Pending Orders: Kindly note that we can proceed with the account deletion only if there are no pending orders associated with your account. Any order that has not been delivered but is not canceled yet, or if payment for the order is pending, is considered a pending order.
  • Confirmation: Once your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
