1/2 cup quinoa 

3/4 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup mango, roughly chopped

Cherries & raisins - to garnish

Method  Method

Boil quinoa in 3/4 cup water for 15 minutes.

Post cooking quinoa must be tender and soft.

Evaporate excess water.

Take it off the heat and add coconut milk, honey and mix well, let rest for 30 minutes.

In a glass, put quinoa at the bottom followed by mango and raisins and repeat this layer.

Fill the glass and garnish it with cherries and raisins.

Refrigerate the glasses

Serve it chilled and kids will love it, asking for more.
