1 medium sized cup milk
Sugar - 1 tsp
Kesar (Saffron) strands - A pinch (10-12 strands)
Boil 1 cup of milk, put a pinch (10-12 strands) of Kesar (Saffron) strands
Mix it well for golden yellow colour
Transfer the saffron milk in glass and drink it regularly at night.
Add crushed Almonds and cardamom for added taste.
