Flax seed 1/2 cup
Dates 8 (1/2cup)
Roasted Bengal gram 2 tbsp
Badam 1tsp
Pista 1tsp
Black raisins(deseeded)1tsp

Method  Method

Dry roast the flax seconds shortly stirring continuously and allow them to cool.

Meanwhile dry roast the roasted Bengal gram, badam, and pista.

Grind them along with 1/4 cup of flax seeds into a coarse mixture.

Then add dates and raisins and pulse it together twice or thrice till they come together.

Add a teaspoon of water and shape them into balls and roll them into remaining flax seeds.

Its growing popularity is due to its wide range of health benefits in cardiovascular diseases, cancer, laxative effect, menopausal symptoms, and osteoporosis.

Having said all these I have created a versatile recipe of flax seed ladoo which is nutritious completely and delicious at the same time.
