Tofu Walnut Recipe

Tofu (Soya paneer)...200gm
Puremart Walnut...1cup(10 to 15 numbers)
Onion...1(very small)
Green chilli...3
Ginger garlic paste...2tspn
Lemon juice...1tspn
Red chili powder...2teaspn
Turmeric powder...2teaspn
Cumin powder...1tspn
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi...1tspn
Coconut oil...1tspn
Coconut milk...1 & 1/2 cup

Method  Method

At first marinate the tofu with 1tspn ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder & lemon juice. Keep rest for 20 mins.

Dry roast the walnut & then make a powder of it. Then add little water & make a smooth paste.

Now heat 1tspn coconut oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion, green chilli & ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a few minutes.

Add tomato paste then. Stir it constantly.
Add walnut paste, salt & all spices.

Mix it well & add 1/2cup coconut milk. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes & then add marinated tofu.

Mix the marinated tofu & peas with spices & add 1cup coconut milk. Cover it & let it cook for 5 more minutes.

After 5 minutes, check the salt & gravy. If it is ok, then add crushed Kasturi methi & switch off the flame.
It's ready to serve...Enjoy😊😊😊
