#1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon oregano seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black salt
3- 4 garlic cloves
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C
Sprinkle olive oil, pepper powder, chili flakes, oregano, black salt and garlic cloves (cut into very small pieces) and any flavor of our choice on top of pumpkin seeds and mix properly so that pumpkin seeds are coated evenly with all the spices.
Spread the coated pumpkin on a well-oiled baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix the spices well and bake for 10 minutes or till the seeds become crunchy
This is one of the Healthy munching options for kids instead of popcorn and chips and its very easy.
Note:- U can do this also on the gas stove in a pan
