1/4 cup ragi flour
3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
Soak the raisins in water for an hour.
Drain the water and make a puree. We need around 1/2 cup raisins puree.
Take flours and baking powder and sieve them.
In a bowl combine everything together gently.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Shape the cookies and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
