1 cup green Channa paste
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 cup of coconut milk
2 tbsp dry fruits
Make a smooth paste with adding pumpkin seeds, green Channa, sesame seeds.
Take a frying pan to add the paste and stir continuously. Slowly it will reduce then add jaggery powder.
Again stir then add coconut cream and saffron. Stir continuously until lump. Wait for normal temperature then shaped and keep aside.
In other side heat coconut milk until thickened add dry fruits and soaked saffron threads.
Now how to serve I have shown for each person. Put that Channa sweet on a platter then pour the sweet saffron gravy and enjoy the green Channa kheer.

We can carry the roasted seeds when traveling and also should be in our tiffin box either school or office. Man and woman both will be benefited. Seeds are ideal snacks because they fill our stomachs for a longer duration. 100 grams of seeds provide 560 calories and almost 50 percent protein of our daily requirements.
I brought some farm fresh green Channa so I thought I can make a dessert with adding pumpkin seeds, green Channa, jaggery, coconut milk, coconut cream, and saffron. So people can eat during fast. This is an innovative recipe.
