Fruity Coconut Kesari Popsicles

A pinch of saffron strands

2 tender coconuts

1 kiwi fruit

1 teaspoon chia seeds, soaked in water

Method  Method

Make a hole in the coconut shell and drain the water into a bowl.

Add a nch of saffron strands to the coconut water and mix.

Refrigerate this water for 30 minutes.

 Soak 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in a small bowl of water.


Peel the kiwi and cut into long slices.

Take a few popsicle moulds and fill each with the saffron coconut water.

Add a few soaked chia seeds into each popsicle mould.

Top mould adds one piece of kiwi.

Transfer the moulds to the freezer for 6 -8 hours

Once frozen demould popsicles and serve to kids.
