1 cup moong sprouts
2 tablespoons Pure Mart hand picked dry dates
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 liter soya milk
Saffron strands, a pinch
Soak the dry dates for 15 minutes.
Soak saffron in 2 tablespoons of milk.
Boil the moong sprouts for 10 minutes.
Deseed the dates and make a puree in a ender.
Take soya milk in a n and boil it.
Add in sprouts, dry dates puree and occasionally.
When the halwa thickens add in the saffron milk mix in well.
Switch off the flame.
Your healthy halwa is ready.
