Walnuts 3/4 cup
Sundried tomatoes 8
Garlic 2 cloves
Whole red chili 2
Red chili PD 1 Tsp
Raw sugar 1 Tsp
Cumin PD 1 Tsp
Paprika PD 1 Tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 Tsp
Soak sundried tomatoes and whole red
chili in hot water for an hour. Use this water while making the paste.
Chop Walnuts into small pieces.
Blitz Walnuts in a food processor to get a very small granule meal.
Make a paste of all the other ingredients using half cup water.
Remove in a deep bowl.
Mix in the walnut meal.
Add lemon juice.
Taste and adjust chili, salt, lemon juice, and salt.
Serve atop home baked wholewheat buns.
