Raw vegan fig pudding

Coconut milk 200ml
Puremart dried fig 100g
Puremart flaxseeds 4-5 tbsp
Puremart Walnut 2 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp
Cacao nibs 1tbsp
Palm jaggery 1-2 tbsp (optional) 
Water 1/2 cup

Method  Method

Ground the purmart flax seeds and add they to the freshly made first press thick coconut milk and mix them well. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Next day morning chop the puremart dried figs into small pieces and soak them in the water (can be soaked in coconut milk also) up to an hour till they become soft.

Grind them to a fine paste and pulse it along with flaxseed and coconut milk mixture (which would have become slimy by now)

Add chopped puremart walnuts, chopped pistachios, cacao nibs, grated palm jaggery and decorate it with chopped puremart dried figs.
