1 mango (safe variety)
2 cups of coconut ice cream (dairy free)
2 tablespoons mix of goji berries+walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons raisins+chironji, chopped
2 teaspoons pistachios, chopped
A pinch of saffron strands
Fruit or chocolate syrup to serve
Cut off the top of the mango, orange, and kiwi and keep aside. You don't need to peel it. Then very carefully scoop out the half of the pulp with the help of a scooper.
In 3 Separate bowls, add coconut ice-cream, chopped nuts, and dry fruits.
With the help of piping bags, fill in the cavities of all the fruits carefully.
Cover the top of the fruits and seal the edges with dough.
Set these in a freezer overnight or for 10-12 hours.
Once frozen solid, carefully peel the fruits slice into roundels.
You can serve these with any fruity or chocolate syrup.
