1/2 cup apricot puree (blanch the apricots in hot water for 2 minutes. Deseed and puree in a food processor.)
1/3 cup chopped dry fruits (almonds , pistachio , cashewnuts)
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
Combine all the ingrdients in a bowl and knead to form a soft dough.
Roll out into a rectangle of 100 mm. X 50 mm. (4" x 2").
Garnish with varq.
Cut into 25 mm. X 25 mm. (1" x 1") squares.
