1/2 cup dried + sweetened blueberries
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 cup tender coconut water
1/2 cup coconut or any other milk of choice
1/4 cup ice cubes
Allow the blueberries and chia seeds to soak in half of the coconut water for one hour.
Transfer the soaked blueberries along with a little ice to a blender and blend till a homogeneous paste is derived.
Now transfer this paste to a large glass with a pouring lip and add in the remaining coconut water and milk of choice. Stir to combine.
Pour into two serving glasses and consume fresh.
