Fresh tender coconut water

Saffron water ( soak a pinch of saffron strands in water for 1 hour)


Almond milk, chilled - 2 cups

Dry fruits soaked in water:

cashews - 5 

almonds - 3

dates - 6

Saffron strands, a pinch

1 cardamom

Chopped dry fruits for garnishing



1 tsp basil seeds

Saffron strands, a pinch

Method  Method

Mix the saffron water into coconut water. Stir and serve.



Grind the almond milk with soaked dry fruits and saffron

Pour into a glass and garnish with dry fruits and saffron strands.

Serve chilled.


Soak basil seeds and saffron for 1 hour

Pour into glasses

Serve
